These terms apply to digital guides sold on techimmigrate.com by Tech Immigrate (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
Each guide is a digital product: a single PDF guide, delivered as a download in My Downloads. The price is shown on the product page and charged once through Stripe. You don’t need an account in advance: we create your access automatically using the email you give at checkout.
Our guides give practical, general information based on the UK Global Talent visa rules published on gov.uk at the date shown in each guide. They are not legal or immigration advice, and we are not regulated immigration advisers. We are independent of Tech Nation and the UK Home Office. Tech Nation and the Home Office make all decisions, and we cannot guarantee that you will be endorsed or granted a visa. Always check gov.uk before you apply.
When you buy a guide you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for your own application. You may adapt the templates for your own documents. You may not share, resell, publish or distribute the guides or templates, in whole or in part.
You can log in to My Downloads at any time with the email you used at checkout. When we update a guide, the updated version appears there at no extra cost. We may stop selling a guide in future; if we do, we will give buyers reasonable notice to download their files.
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. Because our guides are digital content supplied immediately, you agree at checkout that supply starts straight away and that you lose the right to cancel once the download is made available. If a file is faulty, incomplete or won’t open, email us and we will fix it or give you a refund. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim about a guide is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses caused by decisions made by Tech Nation, the Home Office or other third parties.
We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
